8080ポートをリッスンするよう configを指定したが、ipv6 しか LISTEN していない。
[root@proxy1 ~]# ss -tln

■ 解決策
コンフィグ修正で直りました。

http_port 8080
修正後
http_port 0.0.0.0:8080
確認
